Matthew is a seasoned tourism professional with over a decade of experience in promoting Japan as a top travel destination.
Having explored 57 countries, he has worked with over 50 travel agencies and provided guide services to tourists from 26 nations. His past roles include Tour Manager at Kintetsu International Express (U.S.), Director General Manager at Safe-Knt Travel (Singapore), and Advisor to the Tourism Minister of Cambodia, seconded by JICA.

Before joining TSJ, Hitomi honed her expertise at SoftBank, one of Japan's largest telecommunications companies, where she worked as an HR representative.
She also played a pivotal role in sales and customer success at a healthcare startup, where her passion for helping others and problem-solving shone through.
